MEET THE TEACHER

Hello and thank you for your interest in Chickadees Preschool. My name is Katie Self and I am the Owner and Educator at Chickadees Preschool. I'm married to my wonderful husband and we have three amazing kids- ages 5, 3, and 6 months. We love the outdoors, playing games and reading books together. In 2018, I earned my Bachelors in Elementary Education from Boise State University. I have experience teaching public school from 2019-2023 before opening my own preschool. Teaching is my greatest passion in life and I look forward to the opportunity of sharing my love of learning with your child!
